Kohakuto and Table Sado Tea Ceremony performed was held in collaboration with @johnhardybali for their VIP guests. These events took place at @kapalbamboomambal bali in March, May and July 2023. We used ceremonial grade Matcha perfectly paired with our Kohakuto, a match made in culinary heaven. Chef Daijiro had crafted specially for these events unique kohakuto with seasonal flavors to delight the John Hardy Customers with take away gifts. The last one developed was the enchanting “ume Japanese Salted Plum” flavor, a perfect harmony of sweet, tangy and savory note.
