We aim for your maximum satisfaction when doing business with us. Every purchase is handled personally and we will try our best to meet any customization requested. In the case of no stock of products or packaging or any other problems that we are unable to deliver we will contact you, the client, to reach a reasonable solutions which may include exchanging with other product, discount offer, delay in delivery (usually with bonus product offer), or a full refund is also always an option. Please refer to Refund Policy below for more detail on this. In any case, we will message you for best solutions.
Our Kohakuto Gems are packed in a specific manner to provide adequate protection for shipment outside Bali as the product is fragile by nature.
We cannot be held responsible for any issues or delays that happen during the shipment process as it is not under our control.
Shipping options are Express (arrive in 1-2 days for Major cities in Bali & Java), or Regular (arrive 2-3 days). We will arrange which courier to use to make sure that our kohakuto arrive in good condition and in best time possible.
We will send you the shipping receipt as soon as we get them, so you may track your shipping status.
Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes such as shipping and delivery of goods ordered.
We may contact you regarding shipping, address, fulfillment (or lack of), and other issues that may arise.
Return & Refund Policy
We are highly confident with the quality of our products and will refund any unsatisfactory goods that arrive in your hands. We only require some documentation of the products that is not up to quality, in photos and/or video, no return of product necessary. Please do contact us and we will deliver a satisfactory arrangement.
In the case that we are not able to fulfill your order in time, due to stock limitation or other problem, we will offer you a full refund or we may also offer other solutions such as exchange of product(s), rescheduling of shipping, or other reasonably satisfactory solutions. We will contact you via the phone number or email you provided in your order form.
